Liberalism the self-fulfilling prophecy of doom...

With the occupy Wall Street movements/OWS continuing throughout the US with still no real coherent message or purpose, you can't help to feel a slight bit of pity for these fools. After all, the weather is getting cold and since gas generators are not allowed they have been resigned to taking turns riding on stationary bikes to create power for their iPhones and laptops so that the movement can be out there communicating. It's sort of like gerbils on the wheel expending energy but going nowhere. Well such is the case with the whole OWS movement. Lots of energy being expended, lots of attention from mainstream liberal media plus support from the Michael Moore types of the world but really where has this movement or lack there of really moved? Other than making a mess and living life refugees what have they accomplished? I understand causes and the passion some feel to support them, but what possesses someone who claims to have been “wronged” by the evils of society to give up what ever belongings and comfort they might have to go and live in a makeshift tent city. Now if these folks had been forced to live this way by the "man" they would have screamed to high Heaven. Aren't living conditions like this the very things they are protesting against? The fact that people of an evolved society have stepped back in time to recreate the daily lives of pioneers is certainlly questionable. They claim to want more (free of course), but so willingly they settle for so much less! Do these so-called occupiers really expect the 1% to just turn over to them all of there wealth just because they whine that they deserve it? The truth is that this group is predestined by their own doing to fail. They are the product of years of liberalism that has created 2 to 3 generations of people that have been told that they are not allowed to do anything more than fail. Corrupted and cultivated by academia they grow like bacteria in a petri dish told that it is everyone else's fault for why their world sucks!

They are told of the successes in the world and the benefits that it brings but yet they are not sold that success and riches are not easily attain. One must put forth effort and hard work to make it in this world and guess what, sometimes even that is not enough. Instead this group is told that anyone who has achieved success and the riches that go with it are evil greedy and corrupt people and should be taken down. It is unfair in their eyes for anyone with more than they have to be left alone.

Now it is understandable by human nature for a certain level of envy to exist. I myself have been guilty of envy from one time or another to look at what someone has or what they have accomplished. But yet I don't begrudge those who have achieved more than I, but instead I tried to find out what it was that separated them that made them much more successful or more wealthy than I and maybe and just maybe in doing so there was a hope that I might be able to find new ways to increase and improve upon my own position. But with this group it's different, they've been taught that the finer things in life they want, they are entitled to but yet they don’t work and aren't really contributing to society in a way that has earned those privileges. But in their minds they really don't see success as achievable instead they are set upon the easy path to failure because it's much easier to fail because to do so you don't have to do anything! Just sit on your hands and only occasionally raise them to point fingers at others for your shortcomings. You could just look at the failures and then blame other individuals who you target as the evil rich for why you can't achieve and have what you want in this life. Such is the "doom" prophecy of liberalism!

 Just look at the events of this past week with the occupiers in Oakland who shut down the fifth largest seaport in the nation. In their quest to hurt the “evil rich” , really who did they hurt but the everyday people. They kept people from getting to work, they kept truckers from picking up and delivering goods and those goods may have been food or medicine or other service items needed by the people. They kept local business owners from operating their businesses and making money. So again who did they really hurt the everyday people. The irony in this situation is that I would venture to guess that the Oakland Seaport and all of the truckers who pick up and deliver goods in and out of the seaport are all members of unions and it is the unions that are behind this occupying movement so in theory they are fighting amongst themselves but too ignorant to truly understand.

I guess though that there is one bright spot going for the occupiers because if they are successful in really tearing down capitalism and this government it may lead to more and more of us living in the streets. Food supplys may dwindle and overall panic may ensue. And I can tell you nothing good will come of that! But it seems that they already have a head start on living like refugees ahead of the rest of us but hopefully this country will wise up and it won't get to that!

When it begins to Unravel…

Like the worn threads of that tatered favorite sweater or the roll of toilet tissue unfurled on the floor at the 

paws of your bored kitty, when things become unraveled their usefilness begins to be called into question. Is it time to scrape the whole thing or can it be repaired? This too is the case of our bruised and fragile economic systems in this country and around the world. As “Money makes the World go round” it is always at the roots of envy, greed, power and despair. For those who have it there are always the questions of how they got it, what they do with it and how long will they keep it? Does it provide them the power and security they seek and afford them a lifestyle far above the others? Now I don’t begrudge anyone their wealth and learned a long long time ago that there’s nothing in this world as fair. Fair by whose standards; the ones who believe that they have earned their wealth and have every right to it or the “have-nots” who think that just because they don’t have than nobody else should either! And in their minds what does un-fair really mean? In its most simplistic forms…it means MORE!

I WANT MORE…

Such is the case with the spoiled un-informed & unwashed of the “Occupy Wall St.” movement. To hear these folks speak is like a root canal without novocaine. Their rambilings of revolution and disdain for the rich and evil corporations that they garnered from the acedamia crowd at the local universities has filled their heads just like the marijauna clouds fill the air of Zuccatti Park. Free education, free healthcare, free sex, and free drugs, free, free, free they chanted. One even asked as to why we have money in the first place? The world would be better without it she sang. And yet I’ll venture to guess that the majority of them have not held a real “adult” job nor have they left the warm confines of Mom & Dads humble abode to really face the evils of the world on their own. They have been sheltered in their dorms concerned mainly about the new release of a video game or the new I-Phone that they have to have. Yet they decry of all of the evils set upon them and the hardships they face at the hands of the evil rich and manupulitive corportations for whose products they all can’t live without. For the majorty of them the message if there is one is garbled and incoherent. They’re not really sure why they are there other than it seemed cool to be a part of something and hey we can be disruptive for the sake of doing so! And maybe I can score some drugs and hook up with that chick in the “hemp” sweater over there, well I think she’s a chick its hard to tell…

Now mixed into the sea of “brats” are some true radical elements who at their core hate with all of their passion everything this country stands for. Their goal is to bring it down so that in their quest for ultimate freedom they seek a socialist society that is fair for everyone. Social justice their rallying cries. Their march has been afoot for sometime and they have worked in the shadows to weaken the pillars of our society with the help and money of the likes of George Soros and others. Now these efforts are not new and go back in our history as far as Woodrow Wilson who was himself a huge progressive and real SOB. The difference this time is that our foundations (and economy) have been weakened as has those of other countries around the world. 

What concerns me most besides the timing of all of this and the nagging trend that protesting is the cool action of the day, is that for the first time in our history we have in the oval office the most liberal and radical president of all time.

He himself was reared by an anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist father and hippie mother. His guiding light handbook was Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” which set him on the path of anti-american visions and mob rule. His cronies were wanted criminals and violent revolutionaries like Bill Ayers & Bernadine Dorn and in his own words he stated that while in college at Columbia he gravitated to the most liberal and radical elements around him. This is where he sought comfort and sense of purpose.

Now with all the power of the US Presidency at his hand, he has surrounded himself with like-minded individuals who now have been given power of their own to set their mission in motion at an accelerated pace. People like Cass Sunstein and Van Jones a self-proclaimed communist have been given the freedoms to embark on the destruction of our country.  Van Jones has been documented in videos calling for people to take to the streets in violent revolution and uprising against the establishment. If it weren’t for being “outed” publicly by Glenn Beck for what he is causing his resignation from his position as “Green Czar”, he would still be in the WH advising the president. And just the other day when his so-called jobs-bill was defeated Obama himself called for his “czars” to sidestep Congress and just get it done. Now remember that these folks were not vetted by Congress and soley appointed by Obama for this very purpose. They work for the White House and do not report to Congress & work independently outside of the confines of the US Constitution. Can you say “shadow gov’t”?

You may be thinking that I have gone off of the deep end and am paranoid and delusional about these actions, but don’t take my word for it. Look these people up and see what they have done in the past and what they stand for yourself. These people along with some prominent Democratic lawmakers are calling for more citizens to take to the streets and this Occupy Wall St farce falls perfectly into their hands as a good start of what is to come!

Now as a student of history I see comparisons to 1917 Russia when there was “class-warfare” between the Bolsheviks (working class) and the so-called Bourgeois (the rich). The downtrodden and despaired reverted to mob-rule under fragmented leadership and soon anarchy and violence followed. First the mob targeted & killed the rich because their wealth was “unfair”, then they killed the business and shop owners because they too had more, then they went after the landowners and farmers for the same reasons. Well it wasn't long after that the businesses shut down, the food supplies ran out and the people had no sources of income.

(We recently saw glimpses of this activity and its effects in London a short time back when their disgruntled fringe started riots for “social justice and equality”destroying businesses and burning the city. How long will it be before things turn ugly here?).

Once the mob took over things went downhill fast and the masses found themselves starving in the streets without leadership and most of all the freedoms of which they sought the most. Such is the fallacy of socialism. In their quest for equality they found themselves in a far worse situation than to the one prior; but the damage had already been done and without leadership, business production & infrastructure now everybody was poor sans a very select few.

So before we continue to show credence to these “Occupiers” who are nothing more than the biproducts of a Liberal society fueled by entitlement, ask yourself “So how bad and unfair was it really”? Compared to staving in the streets maybe it wasn’t so bad!

So as things start to unravel do we replace it all with a new approach or find new life in the old to save our country?

WAKE UP PEOPLE…

Looking at the events that are currently shaping this country it dismays me to see the rode we are headed down. The freedoms we enjoy and our very way of life are under severe attack from a variety of fronts. Whether it’s the Socialists who think they have a better way by attacking the “capitalist dictators” i.e.: businesses or anyone else of some financial means. Or the Islamic radicals who are calling for a complete takeover of western society with the implementation of Sharia Law throughout the United States.

Either way the transition of the “American Dream” to anything other than what our founding fathers designed will be the end of America as we know it! And with it will go the lifestyles we have worked so hard to achieve. This is what is at risk people!

So its time to wake up and look around at what is really happening right under our noses before our noses our not ours anymore…The irony of both the Socialist & Islamic platforms is that on the surface they give the false perception to their vast majority of followers that there will be more “equality” and freedoms as “workers of the world unite” against the evil establishment. The thoughts of everyone being on equal footing is enticing & perhaps even intoxicating, but soon they only come to find that the beliefs of these movements do just the opposite in a very extreme manner. The multitude who so quickly embraced the “herd” mentality for dreams of more power find out very quickly that they have become just one of the sheep and never the sheep-herder! In the end they give up even more than they ever imagined only now to become a slave of a new master. Perhaps their griping about their old bosses is unfounded & they didn’t look so bad after all?  Kind of like that old saying of “you know the devil you have but not the one you’re going to get”.

Now Michael Moore has come up with a solution to the budget crisis by stating the we have a “natural resource” in this country and it is the wealth of others who even if they earned it it’s not really theirs to keep! Now that’s some good old socialist thinking at its best. I guess all the money he has been afforded because of the benefits of our “evil capitalist society” really doesn’t belong to him so I guess I’ll send him my bank account information so that he can send some over to me! It’s only fair isn’t it?

Or the 20-something interviewed at the Wisconsin protests that is part of a Socialist group there who has grand plans to take over the Noodle-House he works at because the owner has set standards for when they should be at work and recipes for how they should cook and deliver the food they serve!  He is at the heart of this “class-struggle” between the ruling class & the working class. What a tyrant! Imagine that, the owner has some say in how his business runs. So this mental midget has taken issue with these demands and feels that workers should rise up and take over the Noodle-House so that they have more freedoms! I guess when this uprising takes place and the “sheep” are running the place and nobody shows up on time because they don’t want any rules and the Noodle-House shuts down and nobody gets paid whose fault will it be then? Now if this idiot doesn’t like the rules I don’t think he is being forced to work there. The last time I looked there weren’t any mandatory labor camps for Noodle Houses! I swear these folks are more enamored with the idea of protest for the sake of protesting than what the real issues are.

Yeah this is one idiot 20-Something but it is indicative of the bigger issue where whole groups of people think this way. Perhaps they should go back and read history. You know history the valid record of our measuring stick of all things good and bad! The thing that helps us learn from our mistakes and successes.  Yeah go back and read history of the Russian revolution where the “workers” killed all the business owners for the greater good of the cause only to find out that these business closed down and the people had no where to go for goods and services and began to starve in the streets. Ask the Russians or the Chinese people how their lives improved under socialist and communist rule! Ask them how many more freedoms they gained under group rule?

Now most people don’t want to think about these things or claim that this will never happen because we’re the USA and things like this don’t happen here. Well that’s exactly how these groups who want to effect societal change want you to act. Just move along minding your own business while they actively position themselves in levels of power so that when timing is right they can launch they plans. This is why I state that the people need to wake up and see what underlying issues are peculating below the surface before its too late and we stand there wondering how and what has happened to our lives! Now I know this sounds somewhat paranoid and may be dismissed as “far-fetched” comments of a “Fringe-Right Blogger” but don’t take my word for it. Do a little research for your self on socialist & Islamic groups in this country and see the messages they are sending.

This is still America damn-it…let’s preserve it!

The Religion of Peace!!!???

After witnessing the happenings on the streets of Egypt I felt compelled to write something about what was going on and how we need to look at Islams effect on our society. I started to jot down some thoughts and then remembered that I had already done so in a previous post that sort of summed it all up. So instead of recanting the same comments, I thought that I would dust it off and re-post it. This post was originally written on 11/6/2009 the day after the Ft. Hood shootings and the general theme of that days actions still apply today and possibly on a more intense scale.

Believe me I really try to be understanding and non-stereotypical of all Muslims but the more I read and educate myself about the teachings of the religion it is really scary stuff and so distant from our core principles we enjoy in the United States. Yes the roots of all religions were derived a long long time ago when daily life was significantly different (more uncultured and barbaric),  but as times change and civilizations progress the need to progress in our beliefs of how we interpret and carry out our religious beliefs needs to keep in step as well with what is generally normally accepted social behavior.

However in my views Islam has not! The violence, beheadings, stonings & apparent lack of value for life are all practices that were readily accepted in past centuries yet go on today with regularity in the Mideast. I was recently chastised by a friend about some comments I made about this "barbaric society" with them stating that all Muslims are not evil. Granted there is bad in all societies as we know first hand as our prisons burst at the seams. But it just seems that as a mass culture the Mideast population is more easily led by radical and violent elements that embrace violence as a rite of passage! Now I'm sure that the entire population of Egypt is not behind the violence but yet you never hear of them rising up against the radicals or condemning their actions. If the "bad-apples" are a small segment of Islam and not representative of the entire religion then why aren't they put down for their actions since they are a "black mark" on the religion as a whole? Yet the only voice we seem to hear is the one of war and violence against America and the desire for Islam to rule the world. This is where I have trouble with tolerance and acceptance...

Yesterday’s senseless attack on un-armed US service men & women at Ft Hood is just another grim reminder of how Islam- The Religion of Peace deals with any and all who oppose its whacked-out beliefs. (Now please keep in mind this commentary is coming from an INFIDEL and may be slightly biased!)

Of course the media is already watering this down and running far away from the fact that the shooter is a Muslim and perhaps his actions could have been motivated by his religious beliefs to carry out "Jihad" against all non-Muslim entities. After all he was scheduled to deploy to the Mideast and would have had to make a big decision to support the "oppressors" against his people. Instead they are spinning this with him being the victim who was picked on and unhappy with his stay in the Army. Forget the fact that it was the Army that provided all of the education he received during his 12 year enlistment and at the time he joined was and still is fully volunteer!

They also forget the fact that he has openly voiced his beliefs about his displeasure for US policies in the Mideast to the point he was reprimanded by a Col. for his outbursts and wrote a blog condemning the US and calling for the Muslims to rise-up! He praised suicide bombers for their actions and thought of how good it would be to carry out such an attack in Times Square! But his actions were not pre-meditated…

They also ignored the fact that as he was shooting innocent people from atop a table down into cubicles, he was shouting "Allah Akbar" (God is Great).

“Now where have I heard that before...oh yeah that's what the 9/11 terrorists yelled as they flew planes into buildings and what was said right before Daniel Pearl's head was cut off and what was screamed in Mumbai during the attacks on the hotels! But I guess this is just an isolated incident with no comparison at all!!!”

BS...we have gotten so PC in this country that when there are signs and red flags that might prevent such a tragedy we can't address them head on in fear of being criticized. Now I ask you what would you rather be criticized or DEAD??? Dead because some American hating Mideast wacko wants to kill people in the name of religion and be rewarded in heaven with Allah for his actions. Actions spelled out in the Koran that stress violence and killing as a personal virtue. Now I have not read the Bible cover to cover; so I may have missed the parts where it tells me it is my duty to behead the infidels. Or maybe I missed it because in Christianity the teachings are of more love and compassion rather than the slaughtering of innocent people.

Of course we are still the "infidels" but they are the ones that are still wiping their asses with their hands and killing women for sport.

Islam is the only religion that can call their hay-day the "dark-ages"!

All this PC crap and cultural-coddling makes me sick. I would like to see the media coverage if a white male had shot up the NAACP or a gay group was attacked. Heck there was more flap over the Dallas cheerleader who dressed like Lil' Wayne for Halloween in "black face" of how much of a racial slur it was than the possibility that this guy at Ft Hood pre-meditated his attack as a result of his Muslim beliefs! How come every time I hear something about Islam the word "radical" is in front of it?

Wake up people...this guy planned this for quite some time. He had 2 weapons where weapons especially loaded ones are banned and got off some 45 rounds. Now I'm no mathematician but the average semi-auto clip holds 10 maybe 12 rounds...this guy had back up ammo and reloaded to create the carnage he inflicted. Oh but it could just be a coincidence?

Face the facts these people hate us and everyone else not like them. They are a barbaric culture steeped in violence with little or no regard for human life. To them the after-life with Allah is their reward! If they want to get to Allah so much perhaps we can help them along with a little "mushroom cloud"!

But no we just keep trying to make friends with them and give them rights after they attacked us or send them to live in beach-front houses in Bermuda.

Heck if we keep going down this path we'll soon all be wearing long beards and robes and kneeling twice a day on our little mats!!!
